I custom designed this pearl and diamond ring for a client last year and was approached again recently to create a matching, curved diamond band to go along with it. My client wanted diamonds along the top and a loose contour. As with a previous project, I suggested a graduation of diamond sizes (guess I'm really feeling this aesthetic right now). I put together a quick concept sketch (below) so my customer could get an idea of how a band with those design elements would look next to her pearl ring. She loved it so we proceeded to CAD then casting and setting and the end result is a gorgeous set of rings, custom made to fit (both each other and my client's desires) perfectly.
